OPERATION

Sew & Throw Co. operates in Seattle, WA. This is a one-woman operation.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

If a product arrives damaged, please email kelcey@sewandthrow.co within 7 days of receiving the order with a photo of the damaged product. I will do my best to send a replacement or remake and resend. This process can take up to 8 weeks.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS. Orders will be processed within 5 business days after payment. Domestic shipping times vary based on location but should arrive within 5-7 business days. I cannot offer international shipping directly at this time. If you’d like to make an international order, please email me at kelcey@sewandthrow.co and I will try to accommodate your order.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your shipping label is printed. Please note it may still take a day for your order to be mailed.

Sew & Throw Co. is not responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been delivered. If your shipping information is entered incorrectly during checkout and the item is returned, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.

PAYMENT

All prices listed are in USD. This shop accepts payment via credit card. Credit card transactions are processed through a secure third-party provider called Stripe which complies to PCI standards. Sew & Throw Co. does not store or have access to your full credit card number.

PRIVACY POLICY

Sew & Throw Co. wants to make clear how your data is collected and used on this website. When you make a purchase through this website you will be asked to enter your name, email, address and billing information. This information is stored and used in accordance with the details below.

When you make a purchase from this website, your address, email and credit card. This data is necessary for the transaction to be completed, money to be collected and product to be shipped to you. Your credit card is processed by a secure third party called Stripe. Sew & Throw Co. does store or have access to your credit card information.

Your shipping address, email and name are stored in order for your order to be processed and shipped out. I may, in the future, email you at the address provided regarding questions about your order or to recommend another product. Your address, email and name will not be shared or sold.

If at any time you would like the data collected because of your online transaction deleted, you can send an email to kelcey@sewandthrow.co requesting deletion. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.
