What are the care guidelines for ceramics?

All ceramics are dishwasher and microwave safe. If any products (glaze or otherwise) do not align with these care guidelines, the product listing will explicitly describe the care guidelines. Sometimes there are Raku products listed - these are not water tight or food safe.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at kelcey@sewandthrow.co with a photo of the damage within 7 days of product arrival. I will do our best to ship a replacement as soon as possible. This process may take up to 8 weeks.

What are your shipping policies?

Orders are shipped via USPS. Orders will be processed within 5 business days after payment. Domestic shipping times vary based on location but should arrive within 5-7 business days. I cannot offer international shipping directly at this time. If you’d like to make an international order, please email me at kelcey@sewandthrow.co and I will try to accommodate you.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your shipping label is printed. Please note it may still take a day for your order to be mailed.

Sew & Throw Co. is not responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been delivered. If your shipping information is entered incorrectly during checkout and the item is returned, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
